Hi,

Trying to figure out how to include the No Value agent in the slice in one of our reports. Currently, when report is run and you choose to Slice by agent, the tree display only shows the names of the analysts with incidents assigned to them. Ideally we would like to have the unassigned incidents to show in the tree. Like this screen grab from Oracle documentation:
