Hi All,
Problem Statement: We want to enable a regular employee who is not associated with another employee, to be able to proactively provide questionnaire based 'anytime' feedback to another employee outside of regular performance document. For example, a senior Project Owner (A) would like to share feedback for one of the consultants(B) who worked on an assignment with them. And this senior Project Owner is not the line manager/matrix manager of the consultant.
