Assignment based on inventory parts

Hi Gurus, Please state if this scenario can be done. If yes can anyone elaborate in how to do it. While creating a activity the manager will assign few parts to that activity. And when routing those activities to a technician, is it possible for the routing engine to analyze the technicians with the same parts and assign it to the technician. If those parts are not available in the technicians inventory the routing engine should not assign that activity.
