Hi all,
We have a business requirement below and want to check the best possible solution experts can offer here. Could you please go through this and give your opinion. Even if this is not possible through standard functionality, could you please suggest some Paas or any other solution.
Requirement:
- Employees work in different projects under different project managers in a year. (an employee can work on several projects in a year)
- Project managers are supposed to evaluate employees at the end of their project tenure.
- Now at the end of the year (performance cycle) line manager would evaluate all employees reporting to him against all projects they worked in the year.
