Incoming Email Filter Details -Add Column


I am currently using report Incoming Email Filter Details to determine why emails are being rejected. 
Some of the reasons are unclear as it shows Reject due to workflow rules.

Answer ID 5670 states:

Workflow rules
This is caused when an incident rule has specifically prevented the creation of the incident with the rule action of Do Not Create incident. Search for all rules with an action of Do Not Create incident.

I have examined my current rules and none seem to match the user email address, subject or thread?

Is there away to add a column in the report to tell us what rule rejected the email so we can examine that specific rule for errors?
