Report definition for AVG Incidents per day


Hello everyone,

Is there a way to create the following reports?

  • Avg Email Incidents per Day 
  • Avg Email Handling Time per Day 
  • Avg Chat Incidents per Day 
  • Avg Chat Handling Time per Day 

Metrics will be based on Start Date vs Date Solved. 

Also can I generate monthly and quarterly report on this as well using some kind of function?
