Accessibility Tweaks

Summary

We would like to make our Taleo websites ADA Accessible, and in compliance with WCAG 2.1/aa guidelines. There are a few issues on the sites that require some tweaking to ensure accessibility.

Global Issues

·         8 hidden anchor tags that link to careers.buttterball.com should be deleted.

·         Light blue color scheme for buttons and any text elements should reach 4.5:1 color contrast with it’s background. eg) New search & contact us

·         Headings should not skip ranks for decorative or any other purpose. Therefore every page should have at least one and only one h1 tag. Every following heading corresponding to a separate section of information should start at h2, and can be resized appropriately.
