Goal Category Issue

Goal Category Issue while submitting Performance Document

Hi - We are facing this Goal category issue while Manager is submitting the Goal Setting Document (final task of the document). Did the following to sort out the issue

  • Loaded goal category field with a valid data (Performance Goal)
  • Checked dates of Performance Goal category in common look up and ensure this has been enabled in back-end

Upon doing the above steps, still we are facing this issue and not sure what would be the cause of this. Can someone advise on the solution for this?
