Hi,

Is there a way Matrix Manager can have access to Annual Performance Documents of matrix/dotted-line reportees without having to be assigned as a participant by Line Manager/Reporting Manager? Our current configuration is providing access to 'Anytime Performance Document' but still have to be assigned as participant for annual performance document. Basically, can both Line Manager and Matrix Manager simultaneously access the Annual Performance Document of an employee ?

Any thoughts?
