Assigning Manage Goal Schedule Process

We have a custom role and now we need to give mass goal assignment access for that role. I have already provided following roles and now user can assign goals via Mass Goal Assign option but there is no option to run goal schedule process to assign goals to users.

Assign Workers Goals Mass Process

Run Goals Batch Process

Can someone let me know what is the correct privilege to assign manage goal schedule process ?
