Workaround for Creating candidates without email ID, esp for Blue Collar Job

Hi Team,

 

Is there any workaround for creating a candidate profile in ORC without email ID. I have a requirement from one my customer that the candidates will not have any email ID as they are from Blue Collar jobs.

 

Pls share your suggestions if you have faced any such scenario in your implementations.
