Hi,

We are using the Performance Goals Comments field to capture the employee goal results during our Mid Year and End of Year Review.

During this time, managers (assume more than 10 direct reports) review the comments before providing individual goal rating. 

Currently, the Goal Comments field is not visible in the individual goal evaluation section on the performance document. This is a valid request from line managers, as they need to switch back and forth to a different screens to view the performance goals comments for the particular employee.
