We have a requirement to hide our PIP document from the worker until after the Share and Release task.  Currently, this will show up as soon as the manager initiates the PIP under the workers Anytime Documents.  Is there anyway to restrict this?  They will need to provide final feedback once the manager has held a review meeting.
