How to insert data into reference column using POST BO endpoint

Hi team

I have created two tables (Table A, Table which is having common column Ref ID.
I have created relationship in Table B based on Table A column Ref ID.

Now i need to insert data in Table B. 
How to insert data in column Ref ID of Table B using POST method in BO Endpoint?
