Aotumatically update overall rating in performance doc

Hi All,

We have a requirement if anybody joined after oct 1 they should get rating 8 in the performance document. I beleive this is not possible. manager has to bypass task and then give rating 8. Still checkin in community if we have any option via HDL or any admin task where we can assign/load ratin 8 directly to emplopyees performance document.
