In Oracle Integration Cloud (PCS, ICS, VBCS)  you can create an ICS integration that is exposed as a POST request.  The POST request takes a request body with an array of objects.  You can then add the integration as a connector on a web form.  When you try to assign a web form control value to the request body's array of repeating objects it will not let you map a repeating web form element (such as a table or a repeating panel).
