Current Approver for Requisitions Report

I'm trying to create a report that lists the current approver for all requisitions that are pending approval

Hi,

I'm trying to create a report that lists all current approvers for all requisitions that are pending approval. In checking the requisition tables I didn't see an approval workflow table. I'm not sure if there is a workflow table that is then linked to the Requisition Header table. From the Requisition Header table I do see there is a task #.

I wasn't sure if anyone had any advice on that.
