Hi,

We are in new UI for performance and noticed that manager has no option to review the performance goals information like, success criteria, goal comments while evaluating individual goals.

For us, this is a kind of show stopper, as manager wants to review the goal comments before providing individual goal rating.

We found the workaround to request manager print out the goal details of employees or open a new window to review the goals details which is painful.

In Classic UI, manager can scroll down to see the Full goal information which was helpful.
