Job Attributes - My Current Jobs

Hello,

As an internal candidate I can goto My Current Jobs and search on Job Attributes. Can someone guide me on where are the values like 'Day', 'Night', 'On Call' are being fetched from?

Also I donot see same search parameters on external career site. Can this be enabled on external career site too?
