Is there anyone here who has used the Talent Review as part of their Year End Performance Process? Based on our testing it appears that the module is designed to be used after a performance cycle is closed out.
What we are hoping to do is allow for managers to enter their rating using the 9-box functionality as opposed to a Performance document within the Performance Module. At our organization users find the Performance module difficult and cumbersome to use particularly after we run our calibration sessions and ratings need to be changed. Our challenge is that managers often do not go back in and update their ratings and unfortunately we have not found a way to load the ratings into the performance document via HDL Load (if someone has found a way please let me know!!).
