Last Friday, I kicked off the Batch Eligibility process in one of our test environments and used the new feature to also create the documents at the same time.  The process completed successfully after 50 hours (using 7 threads) - it had about 64,000 employees/documents to process.  Today I ran a report that we use to monitor documents and it's showing that about 1,100 employees did not get their documents created.  When I checked a handful, they were found to be eligible and were assigned the documents - the documents just weren't created.  Has anyone else run into this or have any idea
