In another post, I mentioned how using the new feature to create documents in the Eligibility Batch Process didn't create all our documents.  Out of about 64,000, it left about 1,100 not created (though eligibility was assigned to these 1,100).  I've logged an SR about that. 

I decided to try the new Process Mass Actions job to see if it would create the rest of these documents.  I ran it with the option to process the data immediately. It also ran successfully, but when I checked the employees who had not been created through the Eligibility Batch Process, they were still not created.  I accidentally stumbled upon a report in BI that was created by the Process Mass Actions job, and when i opened it, it listed about 1100 employees.  So it seemed to identify them OK, but still the documents weren't created.   Since I selected the 'process data
