How to pull back different parts of data for a contact from the same custom object

Hi,

This one is tricky so I shall try and be as clear as I can!

  1. We have a contact object. This contact object has many custom fields. One of these custom fields is called: department
  2. We have a custom object (let's call it object_wmp_main​)
  3. In object_wmp_main​ we have 10 INTEGER fields, 10 MENU fields, 10 text fields, relationship field for a Contact, relationship field for an Incident etc
  4. One of those MENU's is called "type"
    1. Every form on our site is associated with a type and fields are saved into object_wmp_main​
