Online Q&A - How Do I Create Which Disposition Goes To KO-C & KO-R Candidates?

Hi - 

I have started using online q&a...really like it.

I know you can disposition candidates automatically if a candidate does not answer the questions correctly by selecting either the KO-C or KO-R workflow actions.

How do you make it so if a candidate is either a KO-C or KO-R, their req. status automatically changes...so basically how do you link KO-C or KO-R to a candidate specific disposition...pretty sure I will want to use the KO-R workflow action.

Any thoughts?

I researched it and all I could find about it was the following:

"The disqualification statuses and associated workflow, such as automated candidate messaging, can be customized by your Taleo Business Edition administrator."
