Reporting for Assigned by and Assigned to


I have a business unit that is requesting a report that shows who "assigned" the message to each employee (or themselves), and which message was assigned. They'd also like this to include the Type "Response Sent" too. I've tried several different approaches and I keep getting multiple duplicates and "No Value" results. Any suggestions for how to approach this?
