Hi Experts,

Client requirement is to use a customize formula for calculate overall performance rating. He is using questionnaire during the evaluation and answers for the questions should be taken into account when calculating the final rating.

These questions are one time setup and will not be changed year on year. 

I need to know how DBIs are generated for questionnaires used for performance evaluation? Appreciate your expert opinion.
