Display potential rating in performance document

Expected behavior

  1. Potential rating of an employee (entered by Manager in Talent Review and eventually saved in employee profile) is auto-populated in performance document of the same year.
    1. With that, the final potential rating is clearly documented and managers are required to communicate the ratings to employees once a year.
  2. HR chooses when the value is populated in the document, through a batch process, or similar.
    1. Potential rating cannot be populated immediately upon submission by the manager as there are multiple calibration talent review panels that follow. It could take many weeks before the rating is finalized. HR, therefore, needs to have control on when the value is made visible to the employees across the organization.

Howdy, Stranger!
