Algorithm in search career site

edited Aug 30, 2019 7:00AM in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace 1 comment

Summary

How the order of the jobs is decided on the career site

Content

When clicking view all jobs we cannot find any logic in the order the jobs are displayed. It is not on posting date and not alphabetical. When you enter a keyword we also cannot find any logic. (date, function, category, description,...) in the order of the jobs. Anyone knows the algorithm used in the search functionality?

Howdy, Stranger!
