Need to give access of advance E Offer process to one user only

Good Afternoon Experts,

I have query related onboarding. For one user we want give the access of only for Advence E - Offer Process
Related Advance E offer process user should able to see all task and download the document related advance e Offer only rest of the process should not see.

Is there anyway to achive the requirement.
