New UI Performance Document Transfer


We have enabled new UI and we are facing this issue. Want to know if this an adoption or this is any bug.

**** is line manager for YYY (employee). This employee has a performance manager assigned to him ZZZ The line manager has successfully transferred the document to the Performance manager but now the line manager is not able to see any records for the transferred employee.  In the Classic UI Line manager was able to see the record with the message not evaluated my me.
