Skip approval on executive leadership team's performance docs
Summary
Need to skip approval on executive leadership team's performance docsContent
Our performance document process requires second level approval. The manager submits for approval, second level manager approves then it goes back to the manager so they can share with worker. When our CEO (top of our hierarchy) submits the performance for his direct reports there is not an approver for them so HR goes in and moves them to the share document status. Is there a best practice for this type of situation or is there a systematic way of skipping the approval for these perf docs so HR does not have to manually move them?
