19C - Performance Documents Search for HR Admin not working

Hi,

After upgraded to 19C, HR Specialist is not able to search the documents using the filter option. None of the combinations in the filter is working. Attached the screen for reference.
Also, if we click "Create Document" the page freezes as well.

Enabled all the profiles specific to Performance

Anyone faced this issue?
