Approving Requisitions as Administrator on Test instances

Hi,

We are using 19B (11.13.19.04.0) but this is also an issue on 19C (11.13.19.07.0).

On R12, when doing testing I was used to being able to use Workflow Administrator and from there going to Administration > Notifications and searching for notifications assigned to specific users.

This was useful when raising a test REQ as I could access the notification from my login with workflow admin access, and approve requisitions without having to reset passwords and log in as the approver and approving from there.

On ERP Cloud, I have these Roles amongst others:

 - Application Administrator
 - Application Implementation Administrator
 - Application Implementation Consultant
