How can you view all scheduled processes that you didn't schedule as an Admin

We are finding that we can only view the scheduled processes that are scheduled with our login id.  As HR Admin's we want to be able to view ALL scheduled processes that we scheduled and that anyone else has scheduled.  Do we need a certain role?  Is there configuration that we need to turn on in order to see all the processes?  Since we went live 3 months ago, we are finding that some processes have not been run and can't tell what been run or not. We are not only HR Admin's but we are Administering all Cloud TM
