Hello Team,
Im looking for an option to mark resume upload as mandatory while the external candidates apply for job requisition. This setup is not available in ORC, do we have any option for this.
Client has raised concern as the candidates are applying without resume and if they have to upload it later, we dont have any option and the recruiters can not add any attachment in job application.
