We are documenting the pros and cons of Assigning the Performance document Vs Assigning and creating performance document. So far I have the list below, are there any more pros or cons anyone can think of ?

a. Assign and Create the performance documents when we run the eligibility process to mass assign them to employees

Pros
1. We can cancel and delete performance documents using a batch process. So, we can choose to create the documents when we run the eligibility process as we can easily cancel/delete the documents if required
