Hello Experts,

Employees Performance is evaluated based on competencies. We are going to enable Performance ratings in Annual compensation review plan
Set of competencies are different for individual contributors and People leaders.People leaders have few additional competencies apart from individual contributors.

Requirement: 
Individual contributor's review document should contain the competencies applicable to them and they should be rated based on the competencies.
where as for People leaders, document should contain additional competencies and should be rated accordingly.

We are exploring an option how to achieve this in a single performance template as Compensation module allows only one performance template in work force compensation plan.
