NUX - Performance Rating Long Description on Page

Looking to add ability for long description of rating to be visible by rollover or on screen.

When building the rating model, you can add a long description field in the table.  But in the NUX display we are not seeing the long description.  I have looked in the template setup and don't see anywhere there that it says enabling long description.  Anyone have experience enabling this to display? 

 

From the look of the NUX UI on performance reviews, it appears the short description is being shown.  Our HR group wants to add more verbiage to the description to help managers in choosing the appropriate rating.  But to do that i would need to display it on the screen.
