    We are unable to see any titles or seperate pages on our questionnaire with the responsive UI

    Our questionnaire has separate titles and pages, but since we've switched to the responsive UI, the titles no longer show and the separate pages turned into a very long document.  I have recreated the template to see if this could at least resolve the title issue, but it doesn't appear that we can separate sections in the questionnaire now?
