How to find issues with Eligibility Profile ?

We used four fast formulas and some other criteria when creating our eligibility profile for the Annual/Mid appraisal cycles. During the evaluation period some times the document is not available for some users and it's really difficult to find out the issue if it's related to the eligibility. So highly appreciate if someone can send me a query to check and idenfy the failing eligibility criteria for a person.
