I've tried every colour option but I'm unable to change the colour of my status gauge

I can only change the background colour of my status gauge, the gauge bar colour stays as the default no matter what I do. As seen in my attached image, the horizontal gauge stays as the default orange colour, and the circular gauge stays as the default white colour. There are no options in the Gauge Options to change the colour.

Ideally, I would like my gauge to look like the ones in the OOTB report, "Service Overview".
