New Oracle HCM - Major Issues

We have recently gone live with Oracle HCM / Recruit.
We hare having multiple process and workflow issues in the system and it just doesnt seem to work. Lost applications, users unable to see applications etc. We are having ongoing issues with support not seeming to be able to help and back and forth issues with no one who really knows how to help.
If you have used Oracle HCM for some time, can anyone tell me if this is "normal". I have been involved in IT for over 30 years and I have never come across the issues we are going through in a new software platform.
