This is Neeraj from Phoenix Mills Limited. We are in a CRP session of Goals and Performance Management.
We are facing challenges to incorporate our offline Goal sheet configuration on Goal module by the implementation team.
We could not sub categorize the goals, could not see how employee from different business verticals can search Goal related to their KRA, etc etc
