MULTIPLE COMPETENCY TYPE SECTIONS IN THE PERFORMANCE DOCUMENT

In 19 C we can enable multiple competency type sections. When Im trying to do it still I receiving an error saying

 

The section **** - Competencies already exists in the template. A competencies section can only be used once in a performance template. (HRA-960404)Select a different section type to add another.

I have referred Upgrading Oracle Fusion Profile Management (Doc ID 2421964.1)  but could not able to find the correct profile option. Appreciate your ideas.
