Dear All

We need to refer participant ratings in the goal section formula as given below

1.For all department heads goals are added by Matrix Managers and some goals by Line Manager

2.Each matrix manager  provides ratings to specific goals based on goal category.

2.Final goal section score should be calculated as shown below.

 

Goal 1 –Category A  -- Rating by Line Manager

Goal 2 --Category B --Rating by Matrix Manager A

Goal 3 --Category C --Rating by Matrix Manager B

Goal 4 –Category D --Rating by Matrix Manager C

Goal Section Score = (Goal1+Goal2+Goal3+Goal4)/4
