Candidates that start applying but don't complete the application

Summary

Is there a way to report on the number of candidates that start the application process but don't complete?

Recruiting Managers is looking to find out the applicant drop off rates and where in the process they drop off.  Not sure if this is possible but wanted to research and let the manager know if it's possible.
