Quarterly performance reviews set up or/and using Anytime Document as an alternative

Quarterly performance reviews set up or/and using Anytime Document as an alternative

Content

Dear Experts,

Can anyone share their configuration set-up for quarterly performance reviews?

At current, we create one performance document for review period (19/20 – example) which means we have a formal list of tasks to go through at the end of the performance year.

For our quarterly reviews, currently we just use the ‘Goals’ area to update performance goals. But we’d like more of a structure, to include development goals, feedback, general check-in’s etc.

One idea we have is to use the ‘Anytime Document’ for these quarterly conversations. Do any other organisations use these? And do they filter into the end of year formal performance document in any way?

Howdy, Stranger!
