Grouping for Goals

I need to group all my goals under specific categories

Hello,

I have a total of above 150 goals for my company. We have successfully completed Performance review for the year 2018-2019.

Now, I need to group the goals in 5 categories, which will be easier for me for reporting. How can I achieve same on system?
