Review Period shows for ineligible employees

Looking for a way to not display review period for ineligible employees

Content

A large portion of the company is ineligible for goals and performance.   We are finding that even though an employee is ineligible for the Goal Plan and Performance and has no performance document assigned - when they access the classic Performance page - they are seeing the review period under My Evaluations and also what looks like a link to the Performance document.   As soon as they click on the link to the Performance document they get an error telling them they don't have a goal plan.
