Questionnaire are getting create automatically in Oracle recruiting cloud.

Hi All,

Whenever the hiring manager creates the requisition and adds a pre-screening questionnaire in Requisition. The same is getting automatically created in manage the questionnaire again and again. Does anyone has faced this or anyone knows about this?
